Common Purchase Questions

When will my animal(s) ship?

Your animals will typically ship the next business day unless that is a Friday. We do not offer Friday shipping for delivery on Saturday.

What time will my animal(s) be delivered?

All live, non-venomous reptiles ship via Fedex priority overnight on the next business day after your check out. You will receive tracking when it is shipped . Most shipments are delivered before 10:30 AM but your exact delivery time will depend on your local delivery route. All live animal shipments require a signature upon delivery. There will need to be an adult present to sign for the shipment when it arrives. It will not be left unattended.

What is the guarantee on my animal?

We provide a healthy guarantee live on arrival for all of our animals. If there is any issue with any of the animals you receive please contact us immediately.

Will my local temperatures affect my shipment?

If your local temperature is between 35 and 90 degrees then we can guarantee live arrival for your animals straight to your requested shipping address. If your temperature is 26-35 or 90-99 degrees then we can guarantee live arrival if you opt to have the box held and picked up at a local Fedex hub. If the temperatures are higher than 99 degrees or lower than 26 degrees we can still ship but we cannot guarantee live arrival. We are experts at packing our animals to survive many extreme temperatures and have shipped animals to freezing temperatures in the past with no issues. We use insulated boxes with either heat, cryo, or ice packs depending on the temperatures.

When will I get a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment on the evening of your ship date. This tracking number will be sent via email between 1PM and 5pm (EST) on your shipping date. You will be able to track your shipment by clicking on the link provided to you in your email.

I received the wrong item

If you did receive an incorrect item or quantity email us immediatly. We will review the cameras in the packing room and respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.

My order arrived damaged

If you did receive an item that was damaged please contact us immediately
